The School of Computing and Information Technologies, recognized for its role in connecting academia and industry through IT-focused programs, conducted its annual Project Showcase and Best Project Selection on October 29, 2025, at Multi-Purpose Hall 1 of APC from 8 am to 12 pm.
The event was themed “Build Your Tomorrow: Real projects, Real learning!” It featured projects from the Softdev classes of both Computer Science and Information Technology students, emphasizing viable, implementable, and innovative projects that demonstrated the quality and diversity of Computer Science and Information Technology initiatives at APC.
Furthermore, the event served as the venue for the selection of the Best Project, featuring a panel of expert judges from the industry: Ms. Abigail Lesaca, who is the IBM Corporate Social Responsibility Country Lead in the Philippines; Mr. Phil Rowell, the Chief Operating Officer of Wizard Group; and Ms. Kathryn Icuspit, an alumna of APC and a Technical Support Engineer at Wizard Group.
